Austin Haskins is the Founder and CEO of Haskins Industries, a company driven by empathy, resilience, and the belief that technology can be a lifeline. Behind his accomplishments are real tragedies and personal challenges that shaped him far beyond his years. From losing a loved one just before his 12th birthday to carrying the weight of family struggles, Austin was forced to grow strong in silence.

While others saw a kid who might not keep up, Austin became the one who outpaced expectations — teaching himself to code, training in martial arts, working a job, earning strong grades at one of the best high schools in the state, and still finding time to give back through volunteering. He spent years alone in the gym healing his mind. Through all of this, he created JJ, a mental health AI companion named in memory of his brother — not just to grieve, but to help others never feel as alone as he once did.

Austin now leads Haskins Industries with heart, grit, and a purpose rooted in everything he’s lived through. He isn't just building tech — he’s building lifelines, because he knows what it feels like to need one.
